Submitting Requests

You can submit requests by contacting us as indicated in the Contact Us section. We will verify requests by matching information provided to information we have on file about you. Only you or an authorized agent can make a request on your behalf. An authorized agent must provide us sufficient proof you authorized them to submit the request.

You may only submit a request twice within a 12-month period. We cannot respond to requests that seek proprietary data, are excessive or burdensome, jeopardize others’ privacy, are reasonably likely to expose trade secrets, or for which we are not required to disclose under the CCPA.

Response Timing and Format

We will confirm receipt of verifiable requests within 10 days and provide substantive responses within 45 days. We will use the same method you used to submit the request for our response unless we mutually agree to use another method. Responses for Right to Know requests will be through a portable electronic format.

Proof of Requesting Party

We must first verify you are the consumer whose personal information is being requested before responding. We will match the identifying information provided by you in the request to the personal information we maintain about our users. Depending on the sensitivity of the personal data requested, we may also utilize other verification methods to verify your identity, like requiring additional information from you or contacting you through verified contact information. Only you or someone registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may submit Right to Know or Right to Delete requests.
